Whistleblowing procedure

Our whistleblowing procedure provides a confidential, independently operated hotline for our employees, clients, business partners, subcontractors and other third parties to voice any concerns that they have, including concerns about business operation, human rights violation, violation of tax provisions and human trafficking.

Our Policies on Human Trafficking

We are committed to improving our practices to combat human trafficking.

We are committed to ensuring that there is no human trafficking in any part of our business.

Our Code of Conduct, “Behaving the Evoment way”, sets out our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We expect our partners, directors, employees to obey the law, observe regulations and guidelines and be seen to do so.

We expect our partners, clients to commit to:

  • sharing our commitment to protecting the health, safety and security of employees, clients and others who could be affected by their activities;
  • respecting the human rights of their employees;
  • paying employees a fair wage and providing good working conditions; and
  • obtaining similar commitments from our clients
